Payroll Specialist

Job Description (total positions: 1, posted on: Nov 3, 2021)

  • Can handle payroll and benefits administration as per HR policies
  • Detailed working knowledge of all aspects during different payroll preparation
  • Oversee daily operations of outsourced payroll
  • Manage month-end and year-end closing
  • Monitor the daily performance of the outsourced payroll 
  •  Ensuring payroll policies and procedures, aligned with tax laws and internally agreed-on level of performance
  •  Ensure all tasks assigned are completed with accuracy and within the timeline
  • Ensure efficiency and effectiveness of outsourced payroll process
  • Maintain and document all payroll records
  • Reconcile the general ledger regarding payroll transactions
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues or concerns
  • Have working experience on ERP/HRMS payroll module.
