  • To contact potential clients in order to increase sales opportunities by phone and email.
  • Entering the clients details into the CRM
  • Will present the product appropriately to clients to make a sale or generate a lead
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing/new clients via telephone calls
  • Recording sales, correspondence, leads in internal database
  • Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
  • Responding to customer inquiries, complaints, questions, and suggestions as per the defined process guidelines
  • Providing Pre and Post-Sales Support to customers over emails and phone
  • Keeping records of details and inquiries of customer complaints and taking action accordingly
  • Creating and maintaining warm & strong client relationship by assisting them in using ROZEE products
