- To contact potential clients in order to increase sales opportunities by phone and email.
- Entering the clients details into the CRM
- Will present the product appropriately to clients to make a sale or generate a lead
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing/new clients via telephone calls
- Recording sales, correspondence, leads in internal database
- Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
- Responding to customer inquiries, complaints, questions, and suggestions as per the defined process guidelines
- Providing Pre and Post-Sales Support to customers over emails and phone
- Keeping records of details and inquiries of customer complaints and taking action accordingly
- Creating and maintaining warm & strong client relationship by assisting them in using ROZEE products
