  • Creating job postings on the relevant job boards and other online platforms, ensuring the accuracy of qualifications and requirements based on the guidelines set by hiring managers.
  • Schedule interviews, screen resumes, and collect other requirements from the successful candidate.
  • Manage applicants as they move through the system Manage external relationships with employers and universities
  •  Build applicant sources by using various source to develop pool of potential applicants for the assigned positions.
  • Source candidates, qualify candidates, update database, and leverage LinkedIn and other social media sites to source candidates.
  • Develop marketing and branding materials such as brochures and PowerPoint presentations.
  •  Liaison with universities placement offices and maintain strong relationship for Graduate Recruitment, Campus portal, ROZEE Campus Ambassador and Training Courses programs
  • Coordinating with Campus Ambassador and guiding them regarding their daily tasks
  • Assist in generating various reports regarding above tasks
  •  Other tasks as assigned
