  • Assisting and supporting the CEO to undertake all tasks efficiently and effectively, as and when required
  • Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments and timesheet management
  • Inbound telephone call management and priorities meeting timetables 
  • Dealing with incoming email, post, and corresponding on behalf of the CEO wherever possible
  • Proactively managing files and draft letters to ensure they are complete 
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers, and other team members
  • Providing assistance to other CEO when necessary 
  • Organizing events and client meetings 
  • Providing assistance with tasks/queries within the firm


  • Excellent Communication Skills.
  • presentable Personality. 
  • Excellent Email Drafting Skill. 
  • Must have past experience of working with CEO.
