  • Providing recruitment support to Key clients.
  • Post jobs  and shortlist applications received against jobs as per the criteria provided by the client.
  • Search CVs from database; verify candidates by calling them and other related activities as per requirement.
  • Attending customer queries and helping them.
  • Develop and maintain warm & strong client relationships, encouraging clients to use as their primary recruitment platform.
  • Keeping abreast knowledge of market trends and timely share relevant information with management to improve products and services.
  • Gathering and updating client information/interactions on online CRM software.
  • Carry out other operational activities as assigned by management.
