Main Responsibilities:

1-Research and understand dynamics of Air cargo systems on global scale.

2-Perform BPA/BPR activities for Airport Community System (ACS)

3-Identify potential use cases for the proposed system.

4-Develop solution designs for software development and integrations with related systems.

Skill Set Required: 

1-Good understanding of business processes and practices, as well as the ability to identify and analyze business requirements.

2-Solid understanding of various IT systems and applications, as well as an understanding of software development methodologies and programming languages.

3-Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and the ability to write clear and concise technical documents.

4- Ability to identify and solve problems quickly and efficiently, and to think critically to find solutions to complex issues.

5-Ability to analyze large datasets and extract valuable insights that can inform business decisions.

6- Good to have knowledge about Air logistics industry.

Required Skill Set:

1-Strong analytical, and interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities to deal with cross-functional team issues.

2-5+ Years of airCargo and logistic experience

3-Good understanding of the software development cycle.

4-Proven ability to solve problems creatively.

5-Ability to identify, track and mitigate the technical, functional and integration risks.

6-Self-sufficient and able to perform most of the tasks involved in the role with limited assistance from peers, management, and support services.

7-Good mentoring and people management skills.

8-Strong follow-up abilities with relevant stakeholders to fulfill any dependent task or supply pending information or documentation.

9-Use of technology to ensure all parties are informed on schedule, progress, issues, and ownership in the project.

10-Experience using Click UP/ JIRA / Atlassian will be preferred.

11-An understanding of the business processes of trade, logistics, supply chain, E-commerce, and financial payments will be an added advantage.

12-Knowledge of Quality Standards in documentation and technology will be an added advantage.
