We are searching a Showroom / Outlet Manager on behalf of our client for their Leather Products Business. We are looking for a persuasive showroom / outlet manager to set and maintain our outlets. To achieve these objectives, the showroom /outlet manager will be required to oversee the design of the showroom, coach and mentor the junior and fresh employees in future, and monitor inventory. To ensure success as a showroom manager, you should ensure the maintenance of processes that work, and the reinvention of procedures that impede sales. Ultimately, a fantastic showroom manager will liaise with our team of marketing specialists to ensure that our company is a preferred provider within the target audience.

Key Accountabilities:

• Understanding of Product and Target Clients.
• Studying the features of all products on offer.
• Arranging stock in a manner that is both visually appealing and allows ease of movement.
• Resolving strain and conflict between staff to promote a jovial and productive workplace.
• Communicate with the Business Development team to ensure increase in the sales revenue.
• Prior experience as a showroom /outlet manager, ideally in a similar industry.
• Should be a quick learner and manage the task independently.
• Should be presentable with decent communication skills.
• Ability to design and create spaces that are engaging and welcoming.
• Capacity to convince stubborn and indecisive clients to make purchases
• Top-notch training and mentoring skills.
