Due to exponential organic growth, client is looking for outstanding Senior Solutions Engineers. You will design and deliver amazing solutions to customers using our apps on the Salesforce platform. We are looking for someone who is results-driven and puts the success of our team above all else! Key Accountabilities:
- Deliver amazing solutions using our Apps on the Salesforce platform - so we can transform the way people work together and make a real difference
- Run customer PoC and Implementation projects through full lifecycle - providing the best experience throughout
- Identify and understand customer needs, challenges and opportunities - then provide the very best solutions
- Design robust and scalable enterprise class solutions - so customers are very happy and future issues are minimized
- Ensure customers have an amazing experience - rating us as one of the best suppliers they have ever worked with
- Continually improve our apps - identifying gaps and enhancements and working with Product Management
- Help continually improve our Solution Delivery cycle - increasing velocity and quality at every opportunity
- Mentor junior team members - help maximise team success by sharing your knowledge
- Help troubleshoot difficult issues - continually honing your troubleshooting skills
- Ensure effective documentation is created - so that solutions can easily be maintained, and training easily delivered
- Maximise success rate of Prospects becoming Customers - through excellence in all of the above
Essential Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Relevant discipline
Professional Experience:
- Highly proficient at speaking and writing in English
- Competent in designing, implementing and delivering solutions for customers, ideally on the Salesforce platform
- Great at understanding and gathering business requirements from customers
- Track record of success in managing projects to deliver solutions to customers such that expectations are always exceeded
- Willingness to run calls with international customers (in English) to deliver solutions for them
- CRM or Salesforce experience and ability to master Salesforce quickly and become a Salesforce guru!
- Ability and desire to learn our apps inside out and become a product evangelist
