One of our client it’s a renowned beauty brand is looking for Human Resource Manager. Who will be responsible for all HR operations including hiring needs of the company.
Key Accountabilities:
- Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
- Providing counseling on policies and procedures.
- Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
- Looking after the payroll process
- Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
- He will be managing all HR related activity in Head office & factory
- Frequent travelling is required
