Drafting and publishing job advertisements on Social Media platforms.
Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruitment.
Shortlisting CVs received against the job advertisement as per the set criteria by clients.
Searching/Headhunting relevant candidates from the database, market intelligence, social media platforms like LinkedIn, as well as referrals.
Initial screening, interviewing, and skill check of candidates, as per the client’s requirement.
Making strong relationships with clients to retain them and
Providing quality recruitment services to enhance the client’s and company’s business.
