  • Providing exclusive support and headhunting/recruitment Services/recruitment consultancy to Key clients across Pakistan.
  • Drafting and publishing job advertisements on Social Media platforms.
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruitment.
  • Shortlisting CVs received against the job advertisement as per the set criteria by clients.
  • Searching/Headhunting relevant candidates from the database, market intelligence, social media platforms like LinkedIn, as well as referrals.
  • Initial screening, interviewing, and skill check of candidates, as per the client’s requirement.
  • Making strong relationships with clients to retain them and 
  • Providing quality recruitment services to enhance the client’s and company’s business.
