- Responding to comments on each of our accounts in defined SLA.
- Overseeing customer service provided via social media.
- Analyzing data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives.
- Running social media advertising campaigns as and when needed.
- Following and maintaining content creation best practices.
