A leading Fintech company is looking for Brand Manager.

Who is responsible to develop a brand strategy for a company. He will oversee a wide array of business functions including branding, communication channels, product development, online and offline promotions, and market research. They often conduct market research for a company. Working as a lead for analytical and administrative work and assist in the day-to-day operations of a marketing department or company. Brand manager duties are to plan and coordinate effective policies that help the department achieve its goals. Brand Manager is responsible for ensuring that the products, services, and product lines that fall under their domain resonate with current and potential customers. Brand manager will supervise all activities related to the brand. To do so, Brand Manager will be monitoring marketing trends and will keep a close eye on competitive products in the marketplace

Key Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for the annual marketing plan and process: leading the implementation of an integrated marketing strategy.
  • Building the brand (positioning, creative, communication, etc.)
  •  Injecting consumer insights and marketing plans into the planning process used by other departments.
  • A leader with both creative and analytical capabilities
  • Brand health research metrics and analysis.
  • Working closely with digital & creative teams in growth creation strategies.
  • Analyze competition in existing markets & effectively utilize the information to recommend business development strategies for future growth of the brands.
  • Ability to run a brand successfully
  • Liaise with other departments to guide a unified approach to customer service, distribution, etc. that meets market demands
  • Make marketing plan/goals for a given portfolio, suggest, and execute a strategy to meet goals.
  • Will be managing a team.
  • Design and coordinate promotional campaigns, PR, and other marketing efforts across channels (digital, BTL, etc.)
