One of the top fintech company in Pakistan is looking for Head of Marketing. 

  • To oversee all marketing operations of the company and develop its marketing strategy and vision.

  •  Who will Manage paid ad campaigns across search, display, social and rearguing networks by conducting extensive keyword research, analysis and testing of keyword performance.
  • Ensure successful campaigns managing to be able to meet the predefined KPI’s.
  • Optimize campaigns across multiple channels to deliver the best return on investment.
  • To identify replicable marketing strategies, tactics and channels.
  •  Plan digital media strategy by translating company business and marketing goals to the digital media space in order to maximize lead generation.
  • He has to oversee the marketing lifecycle of a product or service, from research and development to sales


  • Set marketing goals and objectives.
  • Plan, implement and manage marketing strategy
  • Plan and organize marketing functions and operations (branding, communications, etc.), and ensure they project the company’s unique “voice”
  • Design and coordinate promotional campaigns, PR, and other marketing efforts across channels (digital, BTL, etc.)  
  • “Listen” to the trends of the market and direct the market research efforts of the company
  • Develop a feasible marketing plan for the department and oversee its day-to-day implementation.
  • Define marketing strategies to support the company’s overall strategies and objectives
  • Liaise with other departments to guide a unified approach to customer service, distribution, etc. that meets market demands
  • Selection of outsourcing vendors for different marketing activities and overseeing their deliverables
  • Develop the departmental structure and hierarchy for the marketing department.
  • Negotiate compensation and project details for outside contractors related to marketing and promotions.
  •  Identification of new opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.
  • Responsibility work closely with all internal departments and external suppliers involved in the sales and marketing of the service
  • Develop, implement and adhere to communications budget.
  • In partnership with Analytics, utilize analysis of digital media data to maximize results, all in accordance with the, KPIs, and other key metrics
  • Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan. 
  • Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarket campaigns. 
  • Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels
  •  Performs other related duties as assigned.
